Ingredients: 4 cups all purpose flour; 1/3 cup granulated sugar; 2 packets instant Yeast (about 4 1/2 tsp); 1 tsp salt; 1 1/2 cups water; 6 tbsp salted butter; 1 large egg; 1/4 cup salted butter, room temp; 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed; 1 tbsp cinnamon; 4 oz cream cheese, room temp; 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter, room temp; 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar; 2 tsp vanilla extract
