Ingredients
- • 1 lb ground beef
- • salt to taste
- • pepper to taste
- • garlic powder to taste
- • 1 can green beans
- • 1 can tomato soup
- • mashed potatoes (homemade or instant)
- • cheddar cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 Spray an 8x8 baking dish with cooking spray.
- 3 Cook 1 lb ground beef, drain, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4 Spread the cooked beef in the prepared baking dish.
- 5 Add a layer of 1 can green beans over the beef.
- 6 Add a layer of 1 can tomato soup over the green beans. Season the layer with salt and pepper.
- 7 Top with a layer of mashed potatoes (homemade or instant).
- 8 Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- 9 Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pan is bubbling.
