Corn Bread
Ingredients
- • 1 cup Yellow Corn Meal
- • 1 cup Flour
- • 1/4 cup Sugar
- • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- • 1 tsp Salt
- • 1/3 cup Oil
- • 1 Egg
- • 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- 1 Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- 2 Combine oil, egg, and milk together; mix well.
- 3 Stir wet mixture into dry ingredients until just blended.
- 4 Pour into a well-buttered 8-inch square pan.
- 5 Bake in a hot oven at 400°F for 25 minutes or until done.
- 6 Serve warm with butter and honey.
