Ingredients

  • • 6 eggs
  • • 1 cup milk
  • • 1/2 stick butter
  • • 1 cup flour
  • • pinch of salt
  • • splash of vanilla

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. 2 Spray 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and melt butter in pan while oven is preheating.
  3. 3 Place all ingredients in a blender.
  4. 4 Blend until smooth.
  5. 5 Add batter to pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. 6 Top with powdered sugar or syrup.
