Artichoke Italian Soup

Main Dish Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, browned & crumbled
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 t. basil
  • 1 t. oregano
  • 1 t. Italian seasoning
  • 2 envelopes dry onion soup mix
  • 3 #1 cans diced tomatoes
  • 2 #1 cans artichokes, drained & diced

Instructions

  1. 1 Brown meat.
  2. 2 Put in with all other ingredients.
  3. 3 Cook for 10 minutes.

Notes

Better after 24 hours. Serve with Parmesan cheese as a topping.
